We have the ROT and a handful of other hot rod and bikes shows, ManorFest will include a car show this year. But how do Germans celebrate customized old cars? Much the same way, this is a video of this years Rust N Dust hot rod car meet, they had rain so it was more rust n mud than anything else.

Red Bull F1 Car Demonstration This Saturday
Formula One promoters are securing permits to close congress avenue this Saturday for a demonstration of a real Formula One car. There is little information on the event but the video below is of a similar event on a larger scale in Hong Kong

Manor Youth Association Fall Ball

The Manor Youth Association Fall Ball season will get underway on August 22^nd, and run for approximately 8 weeks.   Most baseball and softball games will be scheduled on Saturdays.  Registrations are currently being taken on-line with a credit card, please visit the Manor Youth Association website at THEMYA.COM (http://themya NULL.com/).   Please register early to avoid a waiting list.

In person registration will take place at the portable on the Manor Excel campus located near the baseball fields at 600 E. Parsons (the old Manor Elementary School campus).  The dates are Tuesday, August 16^th from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., and again on Saturday August 20^th from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.   The registration fee is $50 for all players aged 3-16.
